1、產(chǎn)品概述
本產(chǎn)品主要用于檢測(cè)軸類,盤(pán)類別件的徑向園跳動(dòng)和端面園跳動(dòng)。
2、技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)
(1)5030型：
兩頂尖最大距離：500㎜，頂尖中心高度：300㎜，另外最大直徑：560㎜。
精度：兩頂尖連線對(duì)儀座導(dǎo)軌面的平行度，頂尖中心線在100㎜范圍內(nèi)對(duì)導(dǎo)軌的平行度。
頂尖距500 頂尖距100
水平方向≤0.003 ≤0.003 ≤0.001
垂直方向≤0.003 ≤0.003 ≤0.001
頂尖60°錐面對(duì)莫氏錐的徑向跳動(dòng)≤0.005。
(2)10030型：

3、使用方法
擰緊偏心軸手把，首先將固定頂尖座在儀座上固定。按被測(cè)另件長(zhǎng)度將活動(dòng)頂尖座固定在合適位置。壓下球頭手柄，裝入另件用兩頂尖頂住另件中心孔。擰緊緊定手把將頂尖固定。移動(dòng)支架座至所需位置然后固定它，通過(guò)其上所裝的面分表（千分表）即可進(jìn)行檢測(cè)工作。
4、維護(hù)保養(yǎng)
(1)儀器使用及放置的場(chǎng)地應(yīng)通風(fēng)干燥，不宜過(guò)分潮濕。
(2)保管及使用過(guò)程中嚴(yán)禁撞擊劃傷。
(3)頂尖、儀座導(dǎo)軌等重要另件和部位使用后應(yīng)用汽油洗凈并涂上防銹油，不得銹蝕。儀器滑動(dòng)部分要經(jīng)給以潤(rùn)滑，但油層不易過(guò)厚，以免影響儀器示值精度，沒(méi)標(biāo)應(yīng)經(jīng)常注入潤(rùn)滑油。
(4)儀器使用完畢后，應(yīng)用防塵罩罩好，以免塵土落到導(dǎo)軌及有關(guān)表面上，以保證儀器使用精度。

guide surface of the instrument base and the parallelism of the apex center

3. Usage
Tighten the eccentric shaft handle, and fix the fixed
apex seat on the instrument seat first. The movable top seat is fixed in the
proper position according to the length of the other part under test. Press
down the ball handle and load the other piece into the center hole of the other
piece with two pins. Tighten the handle tightly to fix the top. Moving the
bracket to the desired position and fixing it, the detection can be carried out
through the surface meter (micrometer) mounted on it.
4. Maintenance
(1) The site where the instrument is used and placed
should be ventilated and dry, and should not be excessively humid.
(2) Collision and scratch are strictly prohibited during
storage and use.
(3) Use gasoline to wash and coat rust-proof oil on the
top, seat guide rail and other important parts after use, so as not to rust.
The sliding part of the instrument should be lubricated, but the oil layer is
not too thick, so as to avoid affecting the accuracy of the instrument
indication. Lubricating oil should be injected frequently without standard.
(4) After the instrument has been used, the dust-proof
cover should be applied to prevent dust from falling on the guide rail and
related surface, so as to ensure the accuracy of the instrument.
